Snohomish County Surface Water Management

This mark was a challenge, as the client wanted it to express many differing aspects of their business. One of their primary uses was as a banner, so I designed it with that in mind. This also allowed more elements to be held together that could convey all the aspects of water management, while still giving them a simple shape that could be applied anywhere.
